How EPF Ships BMC Air Filter Orders

Shipping timing depends on product availability, order timing, shipping method, destination, and carrier handling.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Most orders are shipped out the same day they are placed. The same-day shipping cutoff time is 4:00 PM EST.

Shipping Estimates at Checkout

When you place an order, shipping and delivery estimates may be shown based on item availability and the shipping option selected during checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping

EPF can ship to many addresses in the United States and internationally, although restrictions may apply to certain products or destinations.

Weight-Based Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Product and package weights may be rounded up to the next full pound according to carrier policies.

Return Policy

Returns for BMC Air Filters

EPF accepts returns on most new, unused, and uninstalled items within the return window. Special-order products and items that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery do not qualify.

Eligible Returns

Most new, unused, and uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. EPF will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the return results from our error, such as an incorrect, defective, or shipping-damaged product.

Nonreturnable Items

Special-order products that EPF does not normally stock, installed or used products, gift cards, and products explicitly identified as final sale cannot be returned. A promotional discount alone does not make a product final sale.

Exchanges

EPF does not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, request a return for the eligible item and place a separate order for the correct product.

Refund Timing

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shopify Payments and the customer’s financial institution may take up to 10 business days to make the funds available.

Fees & Original Shipping

EPF does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from an EPF error.

To request a return, contact EPF with your order number and product details before shipping anything. Approved returns must be sent to European Performance Filters, 3503 Fortuna Drive, Suite 4, Akron, OH 44312.

Orders shipped into the European Union may carry a statutory 14-day cancellation right, subject to applicable legal exceptions such as certain made-to-order or clearly personalized products.
